Creative Europe Desk Ukraine invites you to the Fifth International Fair for Cultural Grants!

This is a traditional event that, unfortunately, we were unable to organize last year. However, in today's conditions, the cultural and creative sector of Ukraine needs support more than ever, so we have decided to organize the fifth anniversary fair this year, which will serve as an effective platform for communication between grantors and representatives of the cultural and creative sector of Ukraine who are seeking financial support for their cultural projects and initiatives. The main theme of this year's event will be the monetizing of culture. We have invited leading professionals with long-term experience in international and Ukrainian organizations that provide financial support for cultural projects. Specifically, we will discuss changes and new challenges in state funding for the sector and Ukraine's place in global changes, and how we can implement European values.

The fair will take place offline in Kyiv on November 2nd.

Why should you attend our event?

You will have the opportunity to learn about grant support opportunities from Ukrainian institutions, programs and initiatives, as well as from European and international programs. You will also receive the most up-to-date information about the sector and have the chance to exchange experience and meet potential partners for your future projects. Additionally, during our event, workshops will be conducted by Ukrainian and international organizations to help you effectively find funding for projects and write grant applications. 

What else the event will include?

We want to pay special attention to the panel discussion "The role and place of grant funding of the Cultural and Creative Sector in the context of global and European transformations in the structure of population employment, the labor market and changes in the paradigm and mechanisms of monetization of the sector", which will be the main theme of this year's Fair.

Event will also include:

- A workshop on project management in the field of culture and grant management.

- A discussion about inclusive recovery of Ukrainian culture and creative sectors from the 'Restoring Ukraine Together' project, implemented by the National interest protection network 'ANTS' with the financial support of the European Union.

- A discussion with project managers from the various participating countries of the "Creative Europe" programme. 

- A workshop from the Ukrainian Cultural Foundation about the opening of a new grant season.

You will also have the opportunity to receive free consultations from representatives of grant programs and initiatives.

Participation in the event is free of charge.

The event venue has limited capacity, and we will send confirmation of participation to all selected participants in advance for security reasons.

For security reasons, the location of the event will be disclosed to all selected participants on the eve of the event. The location has a reliable bomb shelter and uninterrupted power supply.
