Aims and activities of the organisation

Aim of the National Museum of Zrenjanin is to provide protection and presentation of movable cultural property. Activitis of National Museum of Zrenjanin are consist of preservation, protection, presention, and interpretion of the rich cultural heritage of Central Banat in the fields of nature, archeology, ethnology, art, and history, as well activity to carry out education and accessibility to all visitors.

Description or summary of the proposed project

Audience development

Lack of audience, is a problem which exist in large number of cultural institutions in regular times, and specialy after the pandemic period. Guided by this problem, we want to produce a series of activities and contents, which would produce greater interest among the audience in cultural contents. According to age categories, we would direct priorities in the following order:

• children and young people

• elderly population

• the middle-aged population

Activities

• researches and Interactive workshops

• education of young people Member of the museum

departments for 1 day - history of sports

Project outcomes

• to include audience animation activities into the institution's regular activity calendar

• holding ceremonies on an annual level with the presentation of activity results
