Aims and activities of the organisation

Aims: Support of culture and arts, support of international

understanding. Activities: Opera productions with a small

baroque ensemble, chamber-concerts, Liederabend,

International „Lied Competition „Bolko von Hochberg“, Early

music concerts and rediscovering musical heritage from

baroque and renaissance, Art song projects, workshops, artistic

residencies.

Description or summary of the proposed project

We would like to cooperate in an area where we have a lot of experience: organizing music and musical theater (opera,

chamber music format, dance) in remote locations, landscape

and forgotten cultural heritage such as churches, chapels,

abandoned theaters, castles, especially in rural areas, and

creating a cooperation network between similar associations

working to save endangered architectural heritage, in order to share experiences and create a common international audience. We could also like to organize an artistic residency to rediscover or reinterpret works of early masters in a modern and

sustainable way, to experiment with future possibilities of opera presentation (also digital formats). We like to work with young, emerging artists (instrumentalists, singers, dancers, pianists, stage directors, conductors, video-makers a.o.)
