organisationм23 Film is an independent production company with a robust track record in film production. Our expertise lies in producing both feature-length and short films, as well as online documentary series. We have successfully completed two feature films, three short films, and five TV Documentary Films, demonstrating our proficiency in various formats and genres. One of our key strengths is our ability to secure funding for our

projects through national and international cultural grants. We have a proven tracking record of successfully obtaining grants from organizations such as the EEA Grants, Start Ups funding, SEE Cinema, Horizon, and the Romanian National Cinematography Center. This funding has enabled us to finance both the production and development of our films, allowing us to bring our creative vision to life.

In addition to our work in film production, we also specialize in organizing cultural events and workshops related to the creative industries. Over the years, we have developed a reputation for creating high-quality training programs and workshops that provide valuable skills and insights to aspiring filmmakers and industry professionals.

Our team has extensive experience in crafting transmedia

projects, including initiatives designed to promote the Roma minority culture through a mix of digital content such as web platforms, articles, video storytelling, and interactive multimedia. We are also able to organise international job shadowing experiences for young professionals, offering immersive learning opportunities in foreign countries. Our cultural event portfolio includes photo exhibitions, creative workshops, and media-driven activities that celebrate diversity and innovation.

During project implementation, 23 Film provides end-to-end support, covering communication and PR, media content creation, and the production of documentaries, animations, and visual materials across various formats and lengths.
