Aims and activities of the

organisation Third Sector International (3Si) is a company based in Seville, Spain, that is dedicated to the social, economic and cultural integration of young people across Europe. We have over ten years of experience in delivering programmes that seek to improve employability, develop social networks and promote cultural integration. 3Si collaborates with a range of partners to carry out its activities, including more than 200 employers in Spain and over 30 educational institutions around Europe. 3Si has extensive experience in the management and delivery of mobility projects, community engagement, and language training. 3Si has participated in multiple transnational

employability and education programmes funded by the

European Union, such as the European Social Fund, Leonardo da Vinci programme, and Erasmus Plus. More recently, it has participated in the UK’s Turing Scheme, working with vocational colleges and training centres to deliver work and study placements for their learners. At a local level, 3Si collaborates with vocational colleges, community support organisations and local authorities in Seville and the nearby town of Lebrija, to develop local community-led initiatives to improve the social inclusion and mobility of disadvantaged groups.

3Si has partnered in a Creative Europe project with European partners, involving the monitoring of Irish and Spanish artists, as well as the development and curation of two exhibitions, one of them in collaboration with the city council of Seville.
