Some of the aims are: to implement the state and municipal
culture, sports and heritage protection policy; to form and
implement the district municipal cultural policy in the activities
of museums, libraries, ethnic culture, art enthusiasts and other
cultural areas, and to take care of the general cultural
development of the population.
