The organization uses music as a medium for social, cultural,
education, and humanitarian purposes. Sud Sonico organizes
music festivals, capacity-building programs, and solidarity
fundraising events.
Current projects:
AVANT Festival: contemporary music boutique festival
presenting a weekend of live music, hiking, food & wine tasting,
social & environmental sustainability initiatives for kids, families
and disabled.
AVANT Learn: capacity-building program for cultural & music
artists, students, operators and industry on project
management, development, fundraising, start-up & scale-up,
music tourism, sustainability, digital project management.
Musica Etica: solidarity project presenting music fundraising
events and concerts, in support of children and families in the
Middle-East and Africa. In the last year and a half, we raised
donations for disadvantaged target groups in Syria, Palestine
and Congo, supported over 700 families and kids and cooperated
with Save The Children, STILL I RISE and Sounds of Palestine.
