Training activities that are aimed at developing the capacity of audiovisual professionals to understand and integrate a European and international dimension in their work by improving expertise in the following fields:
Audience development, marketing, promotion, new modes of distribution and exploitation including those relying on the latest digital technologies and ways to reach young audiences
Financial and commercial management with a view increase capacity to access finance, financial instruments and new business models
Development and production of audiovisual works including innovation in conent development (new storytelling, new formats), knowledge sharing and networking capabilities
Integration of the opportunities offered by digital technologies to ensure adaptation to latest market developments.
Activities may take the form of workshop and/or on-line coaching sessions and dissemination tools by using proven or testing innovative learning, teaching and coaching methods using the latest digital technologies.
